How to read the KPI board in goiso

1 minOrg ownerCompliance manager

The KPI board sums up your facility's health in a handful of meaningful numbers instead of hundreds of details.

Indicators are calculated from operational data — inspections, incidents, and tasks — so don't expect meaningful values before actual work has started on the boards.

What you'll see

  • The current value for each indicator (such as the number of incidents or the closure rate of corrective actions).
  • The trend over time: is it improving or getting worse?
  • The threshold color: green within target, amber near the limit, red past it.

How to use it

  1. Start with red: that's what needs intervention now.
  2. Watch the trend, not just the snapshot — a green indicator dropping fast is riskier than a steady amber one.
  3. Link every deviating indicator to an action that addresses its root cause.
